FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

What is NiceDeals?
NiceDeals is a community-driven platform for finding, sharing, and rating the best deals, voucher codes, and freebies in the UK. Our community finds the bargains, and everyone votes to help sort the hottest deals from the rest.
How do I post a deal?
Once you've registered for an account, click the "Submit" button and fill in the details about the deal – product name, price, store, and a link to the product page. The more information you provide, the more helpful it is for the community!
How does voting work?
Every deal has a temperature. If you think a deal is good value, vote it "hot". If you think it's not a good deal, vote it "cold". The hottest deals, as voted for by the community, rise to the top of our homepage.
Why was my deal removed or edited?
Our moderators keep the site tidy and ensure all deals are genuine and follow our guidelines. A deal might be edited to add more information or removed if it's a duplicate, has expired, or violates our Terms of Use.
How does NiceDeals make money?
When you click a retailer link from NiceDeals and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission (affiliate link). It doesn't cost you anything extra but helps cover the costs of running the website so we can keep the platform free for everyone.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Protecting our community's data is a top priority. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.
