Prize Draw Rules

1. Promoter

The prize draw is operated by GasDigital Ltd, trading as Nicedeals (“the Promoter”), operator of www.nicedeals.app. Contact: [email protected].

2. Eligibility

• Open to all registered Nicedeals members aged 16 or over, resident in the United Kingdom.
• One entry per person per draw. Duplicate accounts will be disqualified.
• Employees and contractors of GasDigital Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize and to disqualify entrants who do not comply with these rules.

3. Draw Period

Each draw runs for one calendar month. Draws typically open on the 1st and close at 23:59 on the last day of the month. Exact dates for the current draw are shown on the Prize Draw page.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter. Every registered Nicedeals member is automatically eligible for at least one free draw entry per month.

5. How to Enter

1. Register or log in to your Nicedeals account at www.nicedeals.app.
2. Visit the Prize Draw page and click “Enter the Draw”.
3. Your entry count is calculated based on NicePoints earned in the current calendar month (see entry tiers above).
4. You can update your entry at any time during the draw period if you earn more NicePoints.

Entry via the Nicedeals mobile app (iOS/Android) is also permitted following the same process.

6. Entry Tiers

Entry counts are determined by total NicePoints earned in the current calendar month (not your overall balance). NicePoints are not deducted when used to calculate entries — your balance is unaffected by participating in the draw.

Each entry represents one “ticket” in the prize pool. Higher tier members have proportionally greater chances of winning. The exact odds depend on the total number of tickets entered by all participants.

7. The Prize

• The prize for each draw is published on the Prize Draw page and in all associated communications.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, except where required by law.
• If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• All prizes are subject to any applicable terms and conditions of the prize provider.

8. Winner Selection

Winners are selected by weighted random draw — each entry ticket has an equal individual probability of being selected. The draw is conducted electronically on or shortly after the closing date.

The draw may be processed automatically by the Nicedeals system or manually by an authorised Nicedeals administrator. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by email to their registered Nicedeals email address within 5 working days of the draw.
• All entrants will receive a draw result notification by email showing the winner's first name and general location.
• The winner's first name and location (e.g., “Sarah from Manchester”) may be published on the Nicedeals website and social media channels.
• If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to re-draw and select a new winner.

10. Prize Delivery

Prize delivery details will be communicated to the winner upon notification. Gift cards and digital prizes will be delivered electronically to the winner's registered email address. Physical prizes are delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.

We are not responsible for prizes lost in transit once despatched. For digital prizes, we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the winner.

11. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false or misleading information.
• Has gained entries through automated means, bots, or exploiting bugs.
• Violates the NicePoints Terms & Conditions or general Terms of Use.
• Is found to have operated multiple accounts.

12. Data & Privacy

Personal data provided in connection with the draw will be used only to administer the promotion and contact the winner. It will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the prize (e.g., a courier service for physical prizes). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

The winner's first name and general location may be used for promotional purposes for up to 3 months following the draw close date. By entering the draw you consent to this use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GasDigital Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the draw, including but not limited to technical failures, prize delivery issues, or incorrect information provided by the winner.

14. Amendments & Cancellation

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a draw at any time if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so. In such cases, we will endeavour to give reasonable notice and will not be liable for any loss or disappointment caused.

15. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
